To complete the project as described. If the project cannot be completed, the funding must be returned to Town of Brome Lake
To make the Town aware of any changes to the nature, budget or timeline of the project, as quickly as possible
To inform the Town promptly if the project is delayed by more than a month. Under these circumstances, the Town may elect to maintain the arrangement in place, or it may require the organization to refund the money already received and to reapply at a later date
To include the Town’s logo on all promotional materials (posters, leaflets and invitations) and to provide additional consideration to the municipality, proportional to the amount of money awarded, such as reduced rates for residents or free promotional tickets
To produce and submit a final report, including a financial report, within two months of the project’s end date
Save the information and complete the form later.
