Midnight Madness Registration Form – Outdoor Market for Brome Lake Merchants

Deadline to complete your application: October 16, 2026.

Registered exhibitors will benefit from the promotional campaign, which includes:

  • A dedicated page on the event website: tourismelacbrome.com

  • Presence in the tourism newsletter and the Town of Brome Lake newsletter

  • A radio campaign on M105

  • Promotional cards distributed to local businesses

  • A digital campaign on social media

  • Promotional panels and posters in Morris columns

  • A mention of the event in the municipal newsletter VLB INFO TBL

Important details

  • The cost to reserve a space is $50. A payment link will be sent to you by email once your application has been approved.Please note that payment must be made before October 17, and your space will only be reserved once the payment has been received.
  • Please note that no refund or discount will be possible after November 1st, whether or not you are present at the market.
  • The Midnight Madness organization is not responsible for any sales made during the event.

Setup and Teardown

  • A 10'x10' tent (unheated), one table, and one chair will be provided.
  • Booth setup will be possible starting 3 p.m. on Saturday, December 12.
  • Booth teardown will be possible starting at 11:45 p.m. on December 12.

As an indoor market exhibitor, I agree to:

  • Be ready and set up in my space by 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 12.
  • Remain at my booth from 5:00 p.m. until midnight.
  • Leave the premises clean and free of waste.
